HENRY KOJO (Chief Executive Officer)
Henry Kojo holds a B.Sc. Business Administration degree from the University of Benin, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Diploma in Quality Management and a PGD in Computer Technology. He has participated in several business management, project management and quality management system trainings, conferences and seminars both locally and internationally.
Henry has vast managerial background in the Nigerian economy having served in various capacities in the Finance and Information Communication Technology (ICT) sectors. He started his career as an Investment Analyst with Capital Resources Consortium Limited in 1993, after graduation. While working over there, he contributed immensely to the development of several other investment subsidiaries (including community banks), before joining Bitcom Systems Limited (an Information and Communications Technology Company) in 1993. Through his record of excellent performance, he rose rapidly to Senior Marketing positions. His experience in start-up companies was heavily challenged when he joined Microtel Limited, and later, Phone Card Co Ltd., a subsidiary of Intellisuite Technologies Inc., USA, where he last worked as the General Manager, before joining QualiServe.
He is a member of several Professional bodies including NIM, MNIM, PMIN, IRCA, etc.
EMMA EFEKARURHOBO (GM, Infrastructure & Manpower Outsourcing Services)
Emma Efekarurhobo holds a B.Sc in Banking and Finance from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Paris Graduate School of Management.
Over the years, she has gained much experience in Business Development, Client Management, and Project Management. She has been involved in organizing several seminars and management training programs while with Premium Resource Network Ltd where she worked as a Training Manager, before joining QualiServe as a Project Coordinator. Through her excellence in performance, she rose rapidly to senior management positions of the organization.
She has attended several courses in Personnel Management, Project Management, Cost Management, Customer Service, and so on, both at the prestigious Lagos Business School and other institutions. She is a member of several Professional bodies including NIM, MNIM, PMIN, etc.
DERRICK ONOME AKARAH (Head, Leasing Services)
Derrick Akarah holds a B.Sc in Business Education from Delta State University, Abraka and a Diploma in Telemarketing (Houston Texas, U.S.A.).
Derrick has vast marketing experience in Leasing, Insurance and Oil & Gas, having worked in different organizations before joining Qualiserve. He started his career in Pream and Kosha, and with the help of his teammates, he took the company to an enviable height, before joining GMD Automobile and Equipment Limited (an Automobile and Equipment Leasing Company), where he distinguished himself and was awarded the most Outstanding Staff of the year for two consecutive years. He later joined Mansard Insurance Plc to develop an animated sales team, with many firsts, before moving to Grenigas Limited where he further proved himself by achieving an all-time sales revenue record to date.
Derrick is a certified customer service/telesales professional (CCSP/CTP) and a member of Equipment leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN).
AUGUSTINE OGBEIDE (GM: Corporate Services Group)
Ogbeide Itoya Augustine holds an HND in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic, and a member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He has attended several trainings and seminars including: Financial Modelling, Cash Flow Analysis and Management, Blue Ocean Strategies, Essentials of Budgeting and Budgetary Controls, Influencing Performance for Optimum Behavior, and so on.
His wealth of experience span over a decade, having working in several organizations, such as: Dumez Nigeria Plc, Charllotte & Adebisi Nig. Ltd, Edysyl Bookshop and Publication Limited, before joining QualiServe.
